Longdan Rice Paper Wrappers (Rice Paper Rolls) make with a combination of rice and tapioca. They are almost translucent and glutinious and super thin wrappers that can be filled with almost anything. Plus, suggestions for using them, in addition to summer and spring rolls.

Tips: Before using them, you will need to rehydrate them to make them pliable. So, you will need add the water into one side of rice paper. It is ready to fill and roll when it’s pliable and a little sticky.
